Henry (Enrique Jose Rabell) was born the youngest of his siblings in Havana, Cuba, in 1959. His father, mother, brother, sister, and he immigrated to the United States in 1960. With no possessions allowed out of the country except for the $20 dollars his father had in his pocket along with a small suitcase with some of the family's clothes, Henry experienced firsthand what was meant by survival. This experience has continued to play a major theme in shaping Henry’s approach to life as well as real estate. Henry and his only wife of 28 years, Linda, who’s also in the real estate profession, personally own and manage over $3 million in real estate assets. They have raised three boys into adulthood during their 20 plus years here in Gainesville and continue to consider this their home.

Henry Rabell has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since March 23, 1981. Henry joined Bosshardt Realty in October of 2002. He immediately became a standout and qualified for the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Producer award his first year with the company. Henry continues to enjoy a successful career in Real Estate and has played major sales roles with prominent developments. Henry also works general real estate as both a buyer's and seller's agent. 

Prior to working as a full time Real Estate agent, Henry was both founder and president of Eagle distributing, an energy efficient national lighting distributor, and Chem Light Plus, Inc., an energy efficient lighting management company whose purpose was to design and implement the latest in efficient lighting technologies. Up until 2006, both Chem Light Plus and Eagle Distributing employed over 75 full time employees locally and throughout the United States.

Henry has successfully completed and received certifications as a new homes sales professional (CSP), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, and Broker Associate designation.

Linda Rabell is a native Floridian who grew up in a family of Builders and Realtors. As a licensed Realtor since 1982 her first love has always been the new homes market. After joining the Bosshardt team in 2002 she became certified as a new homes sales professional. In addition to general Real Estate, She is currently on the sales staff at the Weschester Subdivision, which is a new home development located off of NW 43 Street.   Her knowledge of the building process has been a key factor in her continued success. She works hard to assist her customers with all of their needs-from lot locations to color selections-she is there every step of the way.     Linda’s success has been continually demonstrated as the recipient of the annual multi million-dollar producer award since her affiliation with Bosshardt Realty. She believes continuing education is a key factor in performing her job as a Real Estate Professional. She has recently earned her Broker Associate license and is preparing for her final course to complete her GRI designation. Linda has been married to Henry (also a Bosshardt Realtor) for 26 years. They have 3 boys, EJ, Ricki and Robbi who have grown up in Gainesville. She feels her role as a wife and mother has taught her dedication, perseverance and patience! She diligently practices all of these qualities within her Real Estate career.
